Burger King to Introduce Bacon Sundaes
The fast food chain is reportedly adding meat to its frozen treats this summer.
Burger King is making headlines as news spreads that the chain will introduce bacon sundaes to its summer menu this week.
The sundae will feature "vanilla soft serve with fudge, caramel, bacon crumbles and a piece of bacon," the Chicago Tribune reported today. It will contain 510 calories, 18 grams of fat and 61 grams of sugar, according to the story, which was provided by the Associated Press.
The bacon sundae was introduced in Nashville earlier this year, according to an AP story on the Huffington Post. It is expected to hit Burger King locations nationally on Thursday and remain available through Sept. 3.
