Former CNN correspondent Brian Jenkins will lead “Conflict and Cooperation in the 21st Century” - a community conversation at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 2 at Barrington High School’s Guidance Resource Center, 616 W. Main St.
The discussion will explore the root causes of conflict and how can citizens work for and strengthen a civil society.
The event is part of the One Book, One Barrington program. Register for this free event at balibrary.org.
The event is being sponsored by the Barrington Breakfast Rotary Club, the Rotary Club of Barrington (Noon), Barrington Community Unit School District 220 and the Barrington Area Public Library.
