Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Illinois has a new name, the Daily Herald reports.
The Barrington-based organization is now known as JourneyCare, effective today. The non-profit organization decided to change its name based on research that Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Illinois was too long and generic, the newspaper reports.

Probably a good plan to shorten the name since "Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Illinois" is a mouthful! :)
