My oldest started out here three years ago and she is now in her Kindergarten year at MCHNB. I am just amazed at the things she is working on this year! After our second child was born there was no question what school she would be attending. The veteran teachers at MCH are really the key to their successful programs!

St Anne's is the best preschool!! I tell everyone about how wonderful the school, teachers and families are. I have friends that are enroling their children to St Anne's preschool and will be driving 30 minutes one way. They will pass several preschools but because they see how much my son and I love St Anne's they want their children to have the best as well!!! If you want the best for preschooler then it is St Anne's all the way!

Julie, our Readers' Choice articles are posted Monday morning. People can nominate whomever they wish until the nomination period closes Tuesday evening. Salem did not receive any nominations this week, which is why the school isn't included in our poll.

My daughter loves preschool at St. Anne's. She can't wait for the next day. She is learning some Spanish and several new songs. She has learned how to share and her social skills have improved thanks to the wonderful teachers and staff. At St. Anne's your child receives the love and attention they need to feel relaxed and comfortable in a new environment. Not to mention the amazing programs they use to teach your child. Your child will be ahead of the game if they attend St. Anne's Preschool!!

St. Anne's has an amazing, child-centered program. The children learn so much but have fun everyday. They have a wonderful, loving, knowledgeable staff. The children are totally prepared for the next step in the learning process.

St. Anne's preschool is the best. My daughter loves her teacher and the school. She is very happy to go there. She doesn't like the weekends because she can't see her teacher and her friends.

Both of my children attended St. Anne Preschool, and we were thrilled with the program. The curriculum is developmentally-appropriate, and taught by experienced, professional and caring teachers. The integration of religion into daily activities/learning is natural and meaningful. My daughters flourished at St.Anne Preschool, and were fully-prepared for kindergarten.

More accurately, you're trying to censor the comments of people who don't agree with the religious agenda this "poll" pushes.

My son, Brandon, has been going to St. Anne's since he was 3 years old. He is now 11 and is doing very well academically, socially and spiritually. I feel strongly that he received the absolute best start from Mrs. Meehan, his preschool teacher here at St. Anne's. She provided our son, as well as all the current students, the best start that I can imagine at any preschool. The preschool curriculum was very advanced, very dynamic and taught in a way that was very fun and easily related to the children. My son as well as all our friends' children were overly prepared for Kindergarten and got the best start in school. His current teachers, Mrs. Lyjak and Mrs. Rometty, are fabulous and just as dynamic, warm and engaging. We love it here and look forward to many more years at St. Anne's in middle school. We have the best friends, teachers and staff, and of course the best children. Lisa Sadowski

I cannot say enough good things about Monetssori Children's House of North Barrington. Both of my girls got a great start there, developing a love of learning and a sense of agency. You really cannot ask for a better entree to education than an environment that teaches you that you can accomplish as much as you set your heart on. Thank you, MCHNB!

St. Anne's has an amazing preschool program! The children are sincerely LOVED and they learn so much. Both my girls have thrived in the preschool program and it really prepared than for Kindergarten with Jolly Phonics, handwriting, math skills, science, and so much more! There is the imagination provoking dress park and creative play station, art stations, cooking, sewing, Spanish, etc. the preschool program at St. Anne's prepared my children for the classroom and fostered a passion for learning. The staff takes so much pride in what they do and do an outstanding job. They love the children an helped my children blossom!!

I loved St. Anne's from the moment I walked through the front office. I received a warm greeting from the office staff. The Principal came out of her office to greet me. They called the PreSchool Director upstairs to greet me and give me a tour of the school(which she graciously did even though her afternoon class was starting soon). Absolutely amazing !
