The North Barrington law firm of Kelleher & Buckley, LLC is inviting local business owners to a free seminar “What Happens to Your Business When Something Happens to You?” The informational session is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 23rd at the Kelleher & Buckley offices at 102 South Wynstone Park Drive.

The seminar will look at several issues to use for planning for the future including business entity structuring, risk management, buy-sell agreements, asset protection, revocable trusts, retirement benefit trusts and associated planning, and others. The first 10 attendees will also receive a free copy of the book “E-Myth Revisited: Why Most Small Businesses Don’t Work and What to Do About It”.
