The grief you feel after the loss of a loved one can overshadow everything else. A bereavement support group can help you through the natural stages of the grief process.
Each person will feel grief in their own way. Some common responses to grief include difficulty sleeping, anger or irritability, changes in appetite, and lack of concentration. Because you are unique, you may respond to grief in a variety of different ways.
Come listen, talk, share feelings and discover that you’ re not alone. Knowing that others have similar feelings brings you one step closer to feeling whole again. Join us as we explore your loss together.
Open to all who have suffered the loss of a loved one, who seek support and wish to heal.

More About Lutheran Church of the Atonement
Located inside of a newly renovated building on Main Street, Lutheran Chuch of the Atonement has been in Barrington since 1958. The original congregation consisted of five men and their families, and grew to the large organization that it is today. The church houses Atonement Christian Day School and is involved in a variety of missionary services.
