 ese exams are available at no cost to those with Medicare or commercial 
 insurance. There is no co-pay or deductible. Medicare recipients need to
  have been in Medicare at least one year and have not had an annual well

 ersonal report that outlines their current health and risk status and fo
 rmulates a personal prevention plan. The exams also are ideal for people
