Complimentary Wine Tastings Provide Fun Girl Time
Wine Bar in Barrington offers weekly complimentary wine tastings.
Thanks to another Patch Mom who let us know about a great outing she often does with her girlfriends.
Park Avenue Wine Bar, located at 205 Park Avenue in downtown Barrington, offers complimentary wine tastings every Tuesday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The complimentary tastings are occasionally offered on Wednesday nights as well.
The reader commented that it was a great way to spend time with your friends, while enjoying a nice glass of wine, and not breaking the bank doing it!

The wine selection varies from week to week, based on which distributor is presenting their wines. The Wine Bar is also featuring their First Annual "Grand Tasting" on Tuesday, March 8 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. There is a cost of $25 for this one, but it will feature wines from all over the globe and a selection of cheeses and food.
