This October, "The Ray Bradbury Storytelling Festival" will be held at the Genesee Theater.  The Waukegan Public Library will be hosting a special matinee performance for schoolchildren.  Your donation to our event at Jerry's Tacos will help keep the price of the matinee ticket low, so many kids will have the opportunity to enjoy this very unique storytelling experience.

A minimum $5 donation at the door goes entirely to support the low cost of the matinee ticket price.  (But come early and purchase a great dinner and drinks too!)  Each person donating at the door is entered into a raffle for a chance to win 2 tickets to STOMP at the Genesee Theatre.  The fundraising event kicks off at 7:30 p.m. with Jasmin Cardenas'  bilingual storytelling performance,  followed at 8:00 p.m. with finger guitarist Jeremy DeJesus.  Winning raffle ticket will be pulled at the end of the evening (must be present to win).  Fun.  Food.  Music.  Storytelling.  Helping kids.  What a great evening.

Please join us for this event  hosted by Jerry's Tacos, the Tenth Dems Community Connection, and The Waukegan Public Library. STOMP tickets supplied by the Friends of the Historic Genesee Theatre.
