Kelsey Road House’s downstairs lounge feels like a dungeon and is decked out to give customers a scare.

The restaurant, located at 352 Kelsey Road, Lake Barrington, has hundreds of lights, bats and other decorations. Kelsey’s has been decorating the lounge since 1979.
