Bring your kids in costume to the Ice House Mall to trick-or-treat at local retailers. All stores will have goodies to pass out to the kids.

Saturday, Oct. 27 at 8 a.m., Citizens Park Lodge, 511 Lake Zurich Road.
Head to Citizens Park for the 6th annual Barrington Breakfast Rotary Trick or Treat Trot. There are 3 events to choose from: The Spooky 5k trail run/ fitness walk, the 1 mile trail course and the 100 yard dash for children 2 to 9 years old. Medals will be given to the top 3 finishers in each age group. Costumes are highly encouraged. Register for the race at www.rotarytrickortreat.org
St. Michael's Church Pumpkin Patch
All weekend, 647 Dundee Road
If you haven't found a pumpkin for Halloween, head over to St. Michael's Church to pick out a great one. It's the last weekend to take advantage of this local pumpkin patch with charitable roots. All proceeds go to fund the church's summer youth mission trips.
