Barrington Youth Dance Ensemble (BYDE) will hold auditions for the 2011 BYDE Nutcracker on Sunday, September 11, 2011 from at Barrington Dance Academy, 758 W. Northwest Highway, Barrington, Illinois. Parts are available for both male and female dancers, ages 7 through Adult/Professional. Dancers from all area studios and schools are encouraged to audition!

BYDE’s annual Nutcracker ballet will be performed at Barrington High School on December 2, 3 & 4, 2011. All rehearsals for the Nutcracker are held on Sundays from September 18 through November 20. Technical and dress rehearsals will be held daily from Nov. 27 to Dec. 1. Dancers must be able to attend ALL scheduled rehearsals and performances. A detailed BYDE Nutcracker performance contract is available for review on or before the audition date.
