Cooking During the Civil War

The Barrington Area Library holds a Cooking During the Civil War program for adults. Attendants will learn about the civil war's meals and taste sample fare such as corn stew, goober peas, hardtack and plantation pound cake and peaches. Plus attendants will see period relics, replicas, dioramas and more. Registration required.
