The Barrington Area Library will host an afternoon tea with authors Lauren Willig and Tasha Alexander. The event is still open and runs from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 22.
Willig is the author of "The Garden Intrigue" and others in the "Pink Carnation" series of historical suspense fiction. "The Garden Intrigue" has been called "smart and funny" with a "fresh and charming floral theme."
Alexander's "A Crimson Warning" is the sixth book in her Lady Emily Mystery series. Anglophiles and fans of the well-plotted historical mystery will be charmed by Lady Emily and her creator.
Meet these two delightful authors as they discuss their work and answer audience questions. Books will be available for purchase and signing, courtesy of event sponsor, the Lake Forest Book Store.
