Famous Footwear to Open in Kildeer

 Famous Footwear, announced it is opening a new store in Kildeer, , marking its 46th location in the Chicago market. The 5,164 square-foot store will open on April 17 and is located in the Shops at Kildeer at 20505 N Rand Road in Kildeer. 

 “Our decision to open a new store in Kildeer was based on a recognized consumer need, and we look forward to delivering a great footwear shopping destination,” said Rick Ausick, president of Famous Footwear.

To celebrate the opening in Kildeer, Famous Footwear is hosting an all-day grand opening event on April 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Shoppers are invited to experience fun activities including:

·       A Shoe Crazy® shopping spree where one lucky winner will get 30 seconds to run through the aisles and grab as many free pairs of shoes as possible.

·       Hourly drawings to win a complimentary pair of shoes.

·       A live DJ.
