The Lake County Forest Preserves holds a Seed Nursery Workday at Rollins Savanna, Washington St. at Atkinson Road in Grayslake, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Volunteers will be weeding, mulching and seed collecting to help establish native plants in the nursery.
