'Mighty Wings,' Other Menu Changes Coming for McDonald's

The chicken wings are expected to debut next month.

Starting on Sept. 9, McDonald's will begin a nationwide rollout of its chicken wings — or "Mighty Wings" — which will be complete on Sept. 24, according to the USA Today.

The breaded, bone-in wings will be offered through November, according to USA Today.

The wings will include nine sauces and will come in three-piece, five-piece and 10-piece menu options with prices starting at $2.99, according to the Chicago Tribune. Some of sauce options include Creamy Ranch, Spicy Buffalo, Chipotle Barbeque, and Sweet Chili, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The Burger Business website reported other menu items expected this fall include pumpkin pie spice lattes, pumpkin pies, pralines and creme McFlurry and a southwest premium McWrap.

The closest McDonald's fast food restaurants can be found at: 227 W. Northwest Highway in Barrington and 653 S. Rand Road in Lake Zurich.
