"Fall Into Fit" Boot Camp Classes to be Offered at Whole Foods Kildeer

A six-week boot camp class combining fitness and healthy eating will be offered for individuals looking to create a jump-start for their fall health routine. Lisa LaManna, owner of MAXFitness Personal Training and Elyse Wagner, owner of My Kitchen Shrink, a nutritional and counseling business, will join forces with Whole Foods in Kildeer to offer the classes.  Each class will follow the same format—a 45 minute “Shake Your Body” fitness class held on the side patio of Whole Foods, followed by a 45-minute Nourishing Food and Authentic Attitude cooking class in the Whole Foods kitchen.  The total health investment is $350.00 for all six classes.  Registrations made by August 25th will receive an early bird registration price of $300.00.  Sign up at https://fallintofit-esm.eventbrite.com/ or email Elyse Wagner-- elwagner333@gmail.com.

This six-week class is jam-packed with extras.  Each week, participants will leave the classes with home exercise routines to stay on track, recipes, goal sheets and more.  “The participants will feel like they have their own personal trainer and personal chef,” said Elyse Wagner.  “Whenever a community can be created of like-minded people, individuals tend to stay on track with their goals.  That’s why these types of classes are so valuable.” Wagner stated.
