Noah's Ark Preschool Open House

Noah's Ark Preschool is celebrating "National Week of the Young Child" with an open house and art show.

To celebrate "National Week of the Young Child," April 14-20, Noah’s Ark Christian Preschool is having an Open House on Wednesday, April 17 from 9:00 to 1:00 p.m. at 98 Algonquin Road (at Route 59) in Barrington.  The student’s delightful "How Great Thou Art" art show will be featured as part of the school’s celebration.  "National Week of the Young Child" is a time set aside by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) to celebrate preschoolers across the nation, and to recognize the importance of quality preschool education on learning and development.

A ministry of Barrington United Methodist Church, Noah’s Ark is located in the education wing of the church, which consists of five bright, spacious classrooms equipped with developmentally appropriate materials. There is also an expansive outside playground and an indoor motor room. The nationally certified  Nature Explore Classroom allows children to explore nature in a safe environment.  “Our preschool provides an environment which nurtures and stimulates the development of young children and surrounds them with God’s presence,” says Director Mary Bradley.  For more information, please contact Mary Bradley at (847) 844-3738 or visit the preschool website at barringtonumc.com/preschool.
