Barrington-Area Road Closures, Flooding Photos

Update, 8:15 a.m.

Additional road closures in Ela Township, Deer Park area from the Lake County Sheriff's Office:

Sturm St. west from Wooded Ridge Dr.
Cuba Rd. between Ela Rd. and Old Farm
Hamilton Dr. between Field Pkwy and Lake-Cook.

All Hampton Inn traffic must use Lake-Cook Rd.entrance.

Buckets of rain have been falling on the area for more than 24 hours, causing widespread flooding and road closures. 

Here in the Barrington-area, our roads and backyards aren't looking great. Here are some closures we know about thanks to our Facebook fan page: 

• Cuba Road at the EJ&E railroad tracks, Lake Zurich
• Old Rand Road from Route 12 to Main Street, Lake Zurich
