Barrington Receives Road Improvement Project Money

The state will invest $798,880 for Barrington's Hart Road Path Improvements.

 

The village of Barrington will be getting some road improvement project money, thanks to the Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program (ITEP).

The state will invest $798,880 in federal funds for Barrington's Hart Road Path Improvements.

State officials have invested $50 million in community transportation projects throughout Illinois. The ITEP funds will support 54 projects like bike paths, walking trails, historic preservation, and streetscape beautification in various communities.
