The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a hazardous weather outlook for this afternoon. The morning rain is expected to turn to snow with total accumulations of one to three inches. Gusty winds this afternoon could be as high as 30mph.
Later this week, the NWS is predicting more snow on Thursday and Friday. Thursday is expected to be bitterly cold with a high of 12 degrees. The following week, the forecast is expected to return to the 40s.
