Lake Cook Road Back Open After Railway Repairs

The week-long Canadian National Railway crossing repairs are now complete.

As of 6 a.m. Friday, June 15, the railway crossing at Lake Cook Road was open for the first time since early Monday morning.

The railway repairs had closed the road between Hart Road and Route 59, causing major headaches for motorists; especially those trying to access Barrington High School during the first week of summer school.
