High winds have caused a large tree to topple on power lines in the village of Barrington.
Village Manager Jeff Lawler confirms a large tree fell across two primary lines near . Two major traffic lights were out. Police were directing traffic at that time.
As of 5:20 p.m. ComEd reports the power is back on to most impacted by the outage.
