Audition - Music on Stage: Singin' in the Rain

Music on Stage announces auditions for it's upcoming production of Singin' in the Rain. 

Auditions will take place on Sunday January 26th from 6-10 pm at The Lincolnshire Academy of Dance located at 1260 S. Milwaukee Ave. in Vernon Hills. Callbacks will be held on Tuesday January 28th if needed, by invitation only. Please prepare 32 bars of an uptempo or a ballad from the show. Also be prepared to dance. This is a tap audition. 

Singin' In The Rain will begin rehearsals on Sunday February 2nd. The production runs March 29th through April 6th for 7 performances including a Saturday matinee on April 5th at Cutting Hall in Palatine.

Singin' in the Rain will be directed by Frank Roberts and choreographed by Annie Jo Ermel.

All roles in Singin' in the Rain are available and we are also seeking to cast two young boys between 10 and 12 years old who can tap dance as Young Don Lockwood and Young Cosmo Brown.
