U.S Route 14 Grade Separation at CN/EJ&E Railway Public Meeting

The second Public Meeting for the U.S Route 14 Grade Separation at CN/EJ&E Railway has been scheduled for November 14, 2012, from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., at the Prairie Campus Middle School located at 40 East Dundee Road in the Village of Barrington. The purpose of the meeting is to present the Purpose and Need Statement, introduce a range of potential alternatives and identify feasible alternatives for further study, identify criteria for evaluation of feasible alternatives, and obtain feedback from Stakeholders. The meeting will be conducted in an informal, open house format. Representatives from the Village of Barrington, The Illinois Department of Transportation, and project consultant staff will be available to discuss the project and to answer questions on an individual basis.


The meeting will be accessible to people with disability. Anyone in need of special assistance and planning to attend should contact Greg Summers at the Village of Barrington at 847-304-3460.
