parents. This concert is designed towards age 0 to age 10. To reserve your
tickets today, visit www.LakesideLegacy.org or call 815-455-8000. Siobhan
Cottone, Lakeside’s Executive Director said, “Lakeside is a place for music and
the community! We are excited to offer this dynamic family concert.” She also
said, “In 2014 we will bring more children, family, and senior programs and
concerts to the community, don’t miss this first event on February 1st with the
Slavin’s!”

Together,
husband/wife duo Sean and Karen have had FM radio as well as various internet
radio stations playing their songs from 2013 released CD,
Moodswings.  Karen has been featured on Old Town School of Folk
Music’s CD, “Love You”, as well as teaching Wiggleworms classes at the famed
music institution in Chicago.  They have both performed on national
television and radio, doing ads, playing in various bands that allowed sharing
of the stage with Violent Femmes and Dean Bernardini of Chevelle, as well as
recording projects separately before joining forces.  The energy and
joy they bring to kids music is refreshing and exciting.  Come out,
connect, de-stress, reflect, be together.
