McHenry-Lake County SWCD now offering discounted rain barrels

McHenry-Lake County Soil and Water Conservation District is pleased to announce its partnership with UpCycle Products.   UpCycle Products is the largest manufacturer of  “repurposed” rain barrels and composters in North America, located in Minooka, IL.  They are providing product at a wholesale, 
discounted price.  A portion of ALL sales will be donated to McHenry-Lake Soil and Water Conservation District.

Rain barrels are a great way to save on your water bill or supplement your water supply in cities with water bans in place.  By utilizing rain water, the rain barrel is beneficial to the environment and will pay for itself in one season.
