Tai Chi Chuan Seminar at Abiding Spirit Aikikai

Tai Chi Chuan is a system of postures or movements that are strung together slowly to create a flowing form. It is low-impact and is often referred to as moving meditation. Though Tai Chi's health benefits have been identified by practitioners for hundreds of years, the research recently published by the Harvard Medical School has brought new attention to the art.

Abiding Spirit Center is offering its second Tai Chi seminar as a way of introducing this healthful art to the community. Come experience what thousands of people have been enjoying for hundreds of years.
