BYFS Blazing Saddles Boot Ball
Barrington, Illinois, February 23, 2011 — The Barrington Youth & Family Services (BYFS) volunteer auxiliary invites the community to attend its upcoming western-themed “Blazing Saddles Boot Ball” to help raise funds to support the agency’s family counseling, youth outreach, and community prevention programs. This event will be held at Barrington Hills Country Club on Saturday, April 16, at 6:30pm.
The “Blazing Saddles Boot Ball” will feature dinner, live entertainment by local band iPop, a tableside raffle, and an auction lead by Dave Nelson. Live/silent auctions will feature a combination of unique products and experiences. All Gala proceeds will benefit BYFS programming for Barrington area residents. The BYFS “Blazing Saddles Boot Ball Gala” is co-chaired by Amy Wickstrom and Angie Wallin. Other BYFS Auxiliary members include Angela Allegretti, Tracy Bischof, Anita Ehlers, Jo Ann Graser, Paula Herrmann, Kathy Maca Mangan, Gayle Maraval, Joyce Orlowski, Donna Penyak, Linda Pochron, JoAnn Rogers, Barb Simonds, Judy Tolle, Angie Wallin and Amy Wickstrom.
Barrington Youth & Family Services is a not-for-profit social service agency, dedicated to providing counseling, outreach, and prevention services that support the social, psychological and emotional well-being of young people and their families.
