Classic Arts Trio in Concert

Celebrate spring with beautiful classical music, Saturday, March 26 at 5:00 p.m. at Barrington United Methodist Church. Following the concert, stay for dinner and fellowship. Sponsored by the BUMC Missions Ministry Group, this “Sharing our Gifts” concert features Walter Preucil, professional cellist with the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Stephanie Preucil, violinist and outstanding studio teacher, and William Koehler, a award-winning professor of piano at Northern Illinois University. Each spring, the Classic Arts Trio offers a special benefit performance in and for our community.

Admission for the concert is free and dinner is open to the public. A free-will offering will be taken to support the Joyful Hands Partnership of Habitat for Humanity, Fox River Valley.  Joyful Hands is a consortium of ten churches in the Barrington Area that builds and rehabs homes within District 220 school boundaries.  Volunteers and homeowners come together to build or re-build homes. You may call the church at (847) 836-5540 for information.  Please allow our musicians to share their gifts with you. Your free-will gift will multiply through Habitat for Humanity and provide housing in our local community, and the world.
