The Weather Channel’s Winter Storm Central lets travelers chat with meteorologists to get information about driving conditions and what roads to avoid all together.

According to the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) website, more than 1.9 million passengers are expected at O’Hare and Midway International Airports over the eight-day Thanksgiving travel period beginning today and ending on Tuesday, December 3.

If you are flying out for Thanksgiving, try leaving early and be prepared to go through security lines, according to International Business Times.
