Women's Club of Inverness Scholarship Deadline is March 6th
The deadline is approaching for applications for $1000 scholarships offered by Women's Club of Inverness.
The Women’s Club of
Inverness is again offering $1000 undergraduate college scholarships to local
students. Any person residing in the area of Districts 211 and 220, including a
returning adult student, is eligible to apply. Applications are available at the
guidance offices of District 211 and 220 schools, St. Viator’s High School and
Harper College or online at www.womensclubofinverness.com . Applications are due by March
6th.
Members of the Women’s Club of Inverness are welcome from all communities! WCI embodies the strength of women dedicated to supporting various philanthropic endeavors and promoting cultural and educational activities in our community. WCI is a philanthropic 501(c) (3) organization. All profits from our benefits are distributed to local community-based organizations and scholarship grants to graduating seniors, college students and returning adults residing within the boundaries of School Districts 211 and 220. The Club’s members also donate and send items to United States soldiers and canines in Iraq and Afghanistan.
