Hanover Park Community Bank Will Host Money Smart for Small Business Series

Hanover Park Community Bank along with the Hanover Park Chamber of Commerce will partner with the FDIC to deliver a Money Smart for Small Business curriculum, which is sponsored through the Money Smart Alliance Program. The Money Smart Alliance Program is a way for community bankers to help small business owners secure a financial future for themselves.
Money Smart for Small Business is a new instructor-led training curriculum developed jointly by FDIC and SBA. The FDIC is the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and underwrites most private bank deposits. The SBA is the Small Business Corporation and provides support to small businesses across the nation. The modules in the curriculum provide training for entrepreneurs. The topics for the training modules were selected as a result of focus groups and interviews with small business technical assistant practitioners. Refreshments will be served. Come on out and listen to the trainers!
