Joan E. Roesner (nee Kampert), 86, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at her home. She was born November 9, 1926, in Barrington.
Joan was a homemaker who enjoyed reading, gardening, and her flowers.
Survivors include her children, Bill (Jill) Roesner of Bartlett and Peggy Roesner of Woodstock; and grandsons, Wade and Chase Roesner.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph; parents, Herbert and Frieda (nee Berg) Kampert; and siblings, Roger, Herb, Chester, Ted, Keith, and Violet Kampert, Betty Schmidt, Pat Trestik, and Kay Blizzard.
A private graveside service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Joan’s name may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
