Robert Bordelon, of Barringon, 77, passed away August 12 in Oak Lawn.
He was born December 22, 1935.
Robert was the beloved husband for 56 years of Jean, loving father of Catherine, and Cynthia Bordelon, Jean Marie (Charles) Merrick, and Michelle Bordelon, dear grandfather of Sara, and Aron, fond uncle of Scott and Steven, and brother-in-law of Chuck Thompson.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law Susan Thompson.
A memorial visitation will be 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, August 16 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St (Lake-Cook), Barrington. Interment will be private.
