Barrington Fire Department Approves Mutual Aid Agreements With Lake Zurich, Long Grove

The Barrington village board approved automatic fire and mutual aid agreements with the Lake Zurich Rural Fire Protection District and the Long Grove Fire Protection District at a meeting Monday night, according to the Barrington Courier-Review. 

An intergovernmental agreement between the village and Barrington Countryside Fire Protection District expires on Jan. 1 and the mutual aid agreements will provide assistance in the case of a serious medical condition or a fire, according to the article.
