Barrington Police: Suspicious Person, Fraud, Burglaries, Curfew Charges

Suspicious person
A suspicious person, a man with a camera, was reported on Illinois Avenue at Barrington Road on June 14 near Grove Avenue School, police reports stated.

Fraud
A resident in the 700 block of South Dundee Avenue reported an unknown person made multiple transactions in Chicago on the victim’s debit account, police said. The transactions were discovered on June 14.

Vehicles burglarized
A resident of the 300 block of Roslyn Road reported items were taken out of two unlocked vehicles parked in the driveway, police said. The items were discovered missing on June 15.

Teens charged
Three teens were charged with curfew violation on June 16, police said. A 16-year-od female from Barrington Hills, a 15-year-old female from Lake Barrington and a 16-year-old male from Lake Barrington were arrested at Hough and Liberty streets, according to reports. The 16-year-old female was also charged with possession drug paraphernalia, police said.
The three were released and given a hearing date of June 18.
