Drugs, Weapons Seized From Barrington Home

One man taken into custody was charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse in December 2010.

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, police drug task forces and searched a Barrington home early Tuesday morning as part of an ongoing drug investigation. 

The officers seized drugs, firearms and records from home on the 200 block of West Lincoln Avenue about 6 a.m. Aug. 30.

Mark Bopp, 52 and Adam Bopp, 23 both were taken into custody. Charges are pending at this time.

The drug investigation is ongoing. The home has been deemed uninhabitable due to health and safety violations.
