Felony DUI
Robert C. Wade, 40, of 7212 S. Solon Road, Spring Grove, was arrested for felony DUI, driving while license suspended, improper lane usage, no insurance, illegal transportation of alcohol, possession of suspended driver’s license and unlawful use of a weapon at Hough St. and Route 14, March 10. He was taken to Lake County bond call and given a $10,000/10% bond.

DUI, BAC Over.08
Samuel R. Schilf, 21, of 1400 Yellowstone Parkway, Algonquin, was arrested for DUI, BAC over .08, improper lane usage, no insurance and using electronic communication device while driving at Main St. and Hager Ave., March 9. He was released on bond and given a Cook County court date of April 3.

Jose Briseno, age 33, of 148 E. Main St., Cary, was arrested for DUI, BAC over .08 and improper lane usage at Northwest Hwy. and Washington St., March 3. The subject was released on bond and given a Cook county court date of April 16, 2013 at 9:00am.
DUI, Speeding
Elaine Stucka, 49, of 224 Kainer Ave., Barrington, was arrested for DUI and speeding at Hough St. and Covington Dr., March 1 She was released on bond and given a Cook County court date of April 3.
