Former South Barrington Police Officer Sentenced on Forgery, Drug Charges

A 31-year-old Bartlett man, and former South Barrington police officer, has been sentenced to 24 months of intensive probation and ordered to pay $1,404 in fines after he pleaded guilty to charges of forgery, possession of a controlled substance and official misconduct, according to the Daily Herald. 

Keith Baker was arrested in October 2012 for forging a physician's signature and filling prescriptions for 180 Norco pills, which is a painkiller, on five separate occasions, according to the article.
