Man, Woman Convicted in South Barrington, Arlington Heights Pharmacy Thefts

The two are accused of stealing over-the-counter medication from CVS and Walgreens pharmacies since September, according to the Daily Herald.

A Chicago man who has been convicted of murder and his co-defendant, a 47-year-old Chicago woman, are charged with stealing $3,600 worth of over-the-counter medication from pharmacies in Arlington Heights and South Barrington with the hopes of reselling the medication, according to the Daily Herald.

James Harris, 42, and Sharonda Booth, 47, are both charged with continuing a financial crimes enterprise and a Cook County judge ordered a $75,000 bond for Harris on Wednesday and a $40,000 bond for Booth, according to the Daily Herald.
