A 25-year-old Palatine man entered a guilty plea to a aggravated battery charge and was sentenced Tuesday to three years in prison, according to the Daily Herald.
Police said Albino Damian-Lopez struck a 27-year-old victim with a baseball bat in the 1500 block of Norway Lane in unincorporated Palatine Township around midnight on Aug. 10 and then run away, according to the article.
