Police Blotter: ATM Fraud, Damage Reports at Train Station

Reports from the Barrington Police Department.

DUI:

Artur Cwalina, 35, of the 2600 block of W. Bryant, was arrested on May 28 for DUI. He was also cited for driving without insurance, and improper lane usage. He will appear in court on July 14.

Tanya M. Parks, 35, of Gurnee, was arrested on May 31 for driving on a suspended license. Parks was also ticketed for disregarding a traffic control signal, and possession of a suspended driver’s license. Her court date is set for June 23. 

Fraud:

A person who lives on the 400 block of South Dundee Avenue reported her ATM card was used in the amount of $1,498.80.

Property Damage:

Four newspaper boxes were damaged at the Metra Train Station on June 9. Each box had either missing or broken locks or had dents on it.

A vehicle parked in the 400 block of E. Main Street was keyed on June 9. All panels of the car were damaged except the hood and top.
