Police Blotter: Car Burglaries, Criminal Trespassing

Driving on a Suspended License:

Marco A. Osario-Mujica, 21, of Elgin, was arrested for driving on a suspended license and speeding at Hough St. and Hillside Ave. on Sept. 12. His Cook County court date is scheduled for Nov. 3.

Damage to Property:

A resident of the 100 block of Hillcrest Drive reported two tires on a Ford Explorer and one tire on an RV were flattened on Sept. 16. The total cost of repairs is $525.

A criminal damage to property report was taken on Sept. 14 from a resident in the 100 block of Raymond Avenue after someone punched a hole in the wall of the residence.

Criminal Trespass:

John J. Komperda, 39, Michael R. Sowa, 28, both of Arlington Heights, and John F. Burchardt, 47, were arrested for criminal trespass to residence at 411 June Terrace on Sept. 19. They are all scheduled to appear in Lake County court on Oct. 10.

James N. Pobol, 24, of Lake In The Hills, was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to property at 340 Lageschulte St. on Sept. 9. Pobol’s Cook County court date is set for Sept. 26.

Stolen Property:

The floodlight and fixture for the Wyngate entrance sign were taken from the west corner of Wyngate Dr. and Main St. on Sept. 22.

A rolex watch valued at $27,000 was reported missing in the 900 block fo Hampstead Court on Sept. 14.

Burglary to Motor Vehicle:

Three vehicles parked on the 400 block of West Russell Street were broken into on Sept. 24. All three had damage to a side window and GPS units stolen. One vehicle also had a camera stolen.

A vehicle parked in the 400 block of Park Barrington Drive was broken into on Sept. 13. A bag of tools was missing from the vehicle.
