Police Blotter: Drunk Driving, Underaged Drinking

DUI:

Zane V. Smikerste, 30, of North 22nd Street, was arrested for two counts of aggravated DUI, following too closely, driving on a revoked license, failure to wear a seat belt, failure to notify Secretary of State of address change, and illegal transportation of alcohol at Route 14 and Prospect Avenue. The incident happened on April 3. Smikerste was taken to Lake County bond call and given a $25,000 D bond.

Dametria D. Auxier, 27, of Glendale Heights, was arrested for DUI, unsafe vehicle equipment at Russell St. and Grove Ave. on April 5. She was released on bond and given a Cook County court date of May 9.

Matthew K. Van Der Koort, 28, of Barrington Hills, was arrested for DUI, improper lane usage and failure to signal at Route 59 and Barrington Road. The incident happened on May 7. The subject was released on bond and given a Cook County court date of May 9.

Ross A. Moses, 25, of Brook Forest Lane, was arrested for DUI and speeding at Route 59 and Covington Drive. He was released and given a Cook County court date of May 9.

No Valid Driver’s License:

On April 6, Aureliano Perez, 29, of Carpentersville, was arrested for no valid driver’s license, improper lane usage and illegal transportation of alcohol at Main Street and Old Hart Road. He was released on bond and given a Cook County court date of April 26.

Jesus Anacleto-Hernandez, 32, of Aurora, was arrested for no valid driver’s license and passing on the shoulder at Main Street and Hilltop Court on April 11. He was released on bond and given a Cook County court date of May 22.

Juan C. Gonzalez, 40, of Palatine, was arrested for no valid driver’s license and speeding at Route 14 near Makray Golf Course. It happened on April 13. He was released on bond and given a Cook County court date of May 30.

Robert F. Murdock, 51, of Grove Avenue, was arrested for no valid driver’s license and speeding at Lakewood Drive and Eastern Avenue. He was released on bond and given a Cook County court date of May 30. 

Underage Consumption of Alcohol:

A 17-year-old South Barrington boy was charged with underage consumption of alcohol at Barrington High School on April 13. He was released and given a Cook County court date of May 22.

Disorderly Conduct:

On April 13, Christopher R. Votabek, 18, of Lake Barrington, was arrested for disorderly conduct at Barrington High School. He was released and given a Cook County court date of May 22.
