Police Blotter: DUIs and Smashed Windows

These incidents were among the official reports of the Barrington Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that decision.

 

DUI

Sandra J. Losoff, 61, of 417 Miner St. #9, Arlington Heights, was arrested for DUI, BAC over .08, improper lane usage and illegal transportation of alcohol at Route 14 and Ela Rd., April 28. She was released on bond and given a Cook County court date of May 17.

Henrietta A. Phillips, age 50, of 155 Harbor Dr., Lake Barrington, was arrested for DUI, BAC over .08, disobey traffic control signal, minimum speed regulation, illegal transportation of alcohol, no insurance and failure to notify secretary of state of address change at Route 14 and Ela Rd., May 1. She was released on bond and given a Cook County court date of May 17.

Eight vehicles had windows smashed and items taken while parked in the Field of Dreams parking lot at Barrington High School, 616 West Main Street.
