May 5: Anna C. Kellen, age 23, of 319 West Lake Street, was arrested for DUI, BAC over .08, improper turn and improper lane usage at Kainer Avenue and Main Street. The subject was released on bond and given a Cook County court date of June 12, 2012 at 9 a.m.

May 5: Jonathan W. Eitel, age 23, of 122 Deepwood Road, was arrested for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia at Kainer Avenue and Main Street. The subject was released and given a Cook County court date of June 12, 2012 at 9 a.m.

May 7: A 15 year old male from Carpentersville was charged with misuse of 911 at 616 West Main Street. The subject was released and given a Cook County court date of May 22, 2012 at 9 a.m.

May 7: A battery was reported when a 6th grade student was punched by an 8th grade student at Barrington Middle School, 40 East Dundee Road.

May 8: A 16 year old male from Carpentersville was charged with disorderly conduct at 616 West Main Street. The subject was released and given a Cook County court date of June 25, 2012 at 9 a.m.

May 8: A report was taken for possession of a controlled substance at Barrington High School, 616 West Main Street.

May 8: A resident of the 200 block of Sharon Drive reported identity theft after being alerted by a credit card company that person(s) unknown used their credit information to open two Comcast accounts in Chicago.

May 8: The hood ornament and emblem letters were removed from a vehicle while parked in the lot at the Barrington Library, 505 North Northwest Highway. The vehicle had scratches at the gas cap door.

May 8: A back pack leaf blower was stolen off a landscape trailer at 200 Ela Street. The blower is valued at $600.00.

May 8: A resident of the 400 block of Park Barrington Drive reported being electronically harassed on Twitter.

May 9: Elijah C. Carter, age 46, of 421 Washington Street, was arrested for DUI, BAC over .08 and no insurance at the above address. The subject was released on band and given a Cook County court date of June 25, 2012 at 9 a.m. 

May 9: A decorative concrete top was taken off a fountain located in the front yard of a home in the 400 block of South Grove Avenue. The loss estimate is $450.00.

May 10: A double garage door was damaged in the 600 block of East Hillside Avenue by eggs and red marker.

May 11: Three male juveniles left Barrington High School, 616 West Main Street, without permission in violation of the school curfew.

May 11: A 17 –year-old male from North Barrington and a 16 yr. old and 17 yr. old from Lake Barrington were charged with school curfew after being picked up on the Union Pacific Railroad tracks. The subjects were released to the custody of their parents.

May 11: Ingrisd Sosa, age 28, of 1840 Goodwin St. #3A, Palatine, was arrested for no valid driver’s license and driving without headlights at Main St. and Wyngate Dr. The subject was released on bond and given a Cook County court date of June 25, 2012 at 9 a.m. 

May 13: A resident in the 100 block of Old Mill Drive reported damage to the mailbox.

May 13: Criminal damage to property was reported at 303 East Main Street when an east side window was found broken.

May 13: J. Parker P. Waite, age 24, of 732 E. Independence #4, Palatine, was arrested for DUI, BAC over .08 and unsafe tire at 101 S. Northwest Hwy. The subject was released on bond and given a Cook County court date of June 12, 2012 at 9 a.m.

May 13: Didier O. De La Rosa, age 24, of 247 Stoke on Trent, Louisville, KY was arrested for no valid driver’s license and improper turn at 505 N. Northwest Hwy. The subject was released and given a Cook County court date of June 12, 2012 at 9 a.m.
