Police Blotter: Underaged Drinking, Possession of Alcohol and Disorderly Conduct

Several minors are arrested for violations in this week's police blotter. Police reports from the Barrington Police Department.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor:

James M. Ferguson, 18, of McHenry, was arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor at on Sept. 24. The incident happened at Barrington Rd. and Dundee Rd. His Cook County court date is scheduled for Oct. 21.

A 17-year-old girl from McHenry was arrested for DUI, consumption of alcohol by a minor, improper lane usage, not carrying a driver’s license, and improper parking at Barrington Rd. and Cornell. The incident took place on Sept. 24. Her Cook County court date is scheduled for Oct. 21

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor:

Three 17-year-old boys from Barrington and one 17-year-old boy from Lake Barrington were arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor at Barrington High School on Sept. 23. They were each given a Cook County court date of Oct. 21.

Disorderly Conduct:

A 16-year-old boy from Lake Barrington was arrested for disorderly conduct at Barrington High School on Sept. 23. His Cook County court date is Oct. 14.
