Advocate Medical Group welcomes internal medicine physician to Crystal Lake office

Advocate Medical Group, based in Oak Brook, Ill., has announced the addition of board-certified internal medicine physician Joseph E. Fojtik, M.D., to its growing number of physicians.  Dr. Fojtik is practicing at the Advocate Medical Group office at 525 Congress Parkway in Crystal Lake, Ill.

Dr. Fojtik has been serving patients at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington, Ill., since 1991.  Prior to that, he was in practice in Champaign, Ill., from 1989 to 1991.  He was also a clinical instructor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Urbana-Champaign, from 1990 to 1991.
